11th October - Milstead village hall

A Strictly Fitness class led by Julie Patching-Ellis. The list is now closed as movement in the hall will restrict capacity. Please remember to bring some water, a towel ( incase you get hot!) and to wear loose clothing which you can move in plus comfortable shoes.
