In two weeks’ time it will be our birthday party, hopefully you’ve all got an idea of what food you are making, and if you have any questions just call Lyn or me. Don’t forget we are meeting at 7pm.

There is a Christmas bazaar at Milstead Village hall on Saturday 28th November 10-12. Please come along and support the village.  We will have lots of nice things just in time for Christmas.

The other event that weekend is a Christmas tree festival in St Michael’s church in Sittingbourne. We

Jeff Hook will be providing the questions at a Music Quiz in the Village Hall on Saturday 5th December starting at 7pm. The cost is just £5. Come and join Lyn and me ………

Tunstall are having a birthday party on Thursday 10th at 7.30pm with Ray Spiller as the entertainment, there are still a couple of places available.

On the same day Rodmersham are having their 90th, possibly one of their last parties as their numbers are dwindling. The party starts at 2.30pm.

Our Christmas lunch will be at the Plough, Lewson Street on Saturday 12th December at 1.30, I am awaiting just one menu and then it will be booked.

After Christmas we will be meeting in Faversham at Creek Creative on Thursday 28th January at 2pm for a cup of tea and a nice slice of cake. Please let me know if you will be coming, if you want a lift let me know.

Kent Federation have their AM at Folkestone March 23rd, it is just £10 for a brilliant days entertainment. We have sent off for tickets but if you are interested please let us know and we will see if we can get another ticket.

Frinsted will be hosting a coffee morning on Saturday 5th March 10-12 we need helpers and raffle prizes please. Do come and support us at this event.

The only other event we have firmly booked is a visit to Belmont House and gardens with tea and cake on April 26th. Names to Mandy please.

 

Our next meeting after the birthday party is December 3rd where Jo Arnell will be coming along with everything needed to make a table decoration. It will cost just £5 if you want to take part. Jo will be doing a demonstration first so there is something for all of us.
