Hello ladies
I’m so sorry we have had to cancel our meeting today. It’s a difficult decision to make but we had to follow advice, I know there are lots of trees down and no power in many of the villages. Better safe than sorry.
We will rebook Sandra as she is a fabulous speaker.
Last month a dozen of us did chakra dancing with a gorgeous lady called Nadine. We really loved it , dancing around the hall to rhythmic music. We were just glad no one was watching! Highly recommend her.
Our next event is our Birthday Party on Thursday 23rd November 7pm. If your name isn’t down can you please let me know asap.
Our Christmas meal is on Saturday 2nd December 1pm at The Plough, Lewson St.
I now have the menu. Can you please text / email me your choices asap please.
Two courses are £33 and three courses £39.
I will need a £10 deposit too.
For our party game can you purchase an item beginning with J that costs approximately £5, wrap it and we will then have a lucky dip.

This year’s Christmas tree festivals are fast approaching. We are entering a sentimental Christmas tree full of pictures and messages to loved ones we have lost. If you can get a small photo ( no bigger the man 4” x 2”) to either a committee member or someone attending the coffee morning that would be great. If you can’t submit a photo you can let me know the wording you’d like on the tag and we will attach it to the tree for you.
This years WI carol service will take place on Monday 4th December at Rodmersham. It starts at 1.30. Can I have names please?
There is a visit to the Kent police museum in Faversham on Monday 29th April 2024 at 11am. We will have lunch afterwards for those interested. It is free but I will need numbers .
On the 18th June next year we are having a local WI coach trip to Ramsgate tunnels. This will be approx £25 inc a cream tea. I need an expression of interest please at this stage.
We are having a wine tasting fundraiser next year on Friday 11th October. Not to be missed .
